Protect the Waters We Love

Friends of Sengekontacket (FOS) is the only organization solely dedicated to protecting, restoring, and preserving Sengekontacket Pond, Trapp’s Pond, the Barrier Beach, and the surrounding ecosystem.

As a 100% volunteer-run organization, we rely on private donations to protect these fragile coastal waters and shorelines. Every dollar given goes directly into environmental action and advocacy, keeping this unique corner of Martha’s Vineyard healthy for generations to come.

Scientific Research & Water Quality
