Friends of Sengekontacket is excited to introduce our latest initiative – the Sponsor-a-Gate program. As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, we proudly oversee the Carry In Carry Home program, where local elementary students channel their creativity into designing eye-catching posters. These posters adorn the 48 beach entrances, encouraging visitors to carry out their trash and preserve the beauty of our coastline.

 

Now, we invite businesses and individuals to join us in this cause by sponsoring a beach entrance gate for $500 for the season. In return for your support, your name will be prominently displayed on a plaque affixed to the same post as the Carry In Carry Home sign that will be displayed from Memorial Day to late September. Imagine the positive impact your contribution will have, as beachgoers see the plaque declaring, "This beach is kept clean by a donation from [Your Name]."
